Last Sunday’s theme was Game & Autumn and we had so much fun checking out the kitchen stations and talking to the chefs, @thomas_kammeier & @fp__007 who explained and revealed tips on the preparation of the dishes. I was invited to a cooking & cocktail mixing class, at an event space, recently opened by @bonvivantberlin and I have to admit, I had so much fun! At @studio32.berlin, you can book a vegetarian fine dining cooking class or cocktail making class on their website, where you’ll also find different classes being offered. During our class, we learnt how to mix some gin sours, prepare a beetroot, feta, raspberry, roasted walnut & rocket salad and the art of plating it after. I couldn’t ask for better guidance then from the talented and experience team from Bonvivant Cocktail Bistro. @julik.sch @yololexander & @nikodemus_berger. The highlight for me, after the fun we had cooking together, was to enjoy the dishes and cocktails we prepared, at the private dining room of Bonvivant restaurant which is just directly next door. These classes are great for team events or as gifts for yourself, family and friends.
