As the temperature drops, it’s the perfect time of the year to try the autumn menu created by head chef, @lukas.hackenberg in a cosy atmospheric setting at @lefaubourginberlin. On the 4 course menu: • Brook Trout - buttermilk, salt lemon, turnip cabbage, caviar • 63° Ucker Egg - potato, onion, chives ——— • Rooster in Red wine sauce - carrot, pearl onion, mushrooms, polenta • Saddle of Venison - wild jus, savoy, parsnip, potato pastry • Sea Bass - mussels, beurre blanc, apple, pumpkin ——— • Cheesecake - fermented wild berries, coriander, grapefruit • Lemon vodka granite - quince, honey, buckwheat, pine nuts My personal favourites are, the 63° Celsius Ucker Egg which was creamy with crunchy onion bits & the main, Sea bass with mussels, apple & pumpkin, finished with a velvety and rich beurre blanc.
