Start your day by heading to the Brazilian side of the falls to get a panoramic view of the entire falls. Take a guided tour of the trail that will lead you to the base of the Devil's Throat, the most impressive and powerful fall in the Iguazu Falls system. From there, head to Parque das Aves, a bird park that houses over 150 different species of birds, including the toucan and macaw.
Afternoon
After grabbing lunch, cross the border into Argentina and head to the Wanda Mines, where you can take a guided tour through a semiprecious stone mine. Here, you will have the opportunity to see the mines up close and learn about the history and geology of the region. End the day with a visit to the Guira Oga Wildlife Sanctuary, where you can see rescued animals up close and learn about conservation efforts in the region.
Morning
Head back to the Argentine side of the falls to explore the Upper Circuit Trail. This trail will take you on a series of bridges that offer breathtaking views of the upper portion of the falls. After finishing the trail, head to the nearby Iguazu National Park to take the Macuco Safari, a boat tour that will take you to the base of the falls for a thrilling up-close experience.

After the safari, visit the La Aripuca, a cultural and ecological park that showcases the region's indigenous cultures and highlights the importance of conservation efforts in the region. Here, you can see a variety of native plants and animals, and even try some traditional foods.
Morning
Take a break from the falls and head to the nearby city of Puerto Iguazu to explore the local culture. Start at the Three Borders Landmark, where you can see the convergence of the Iguazu and Parana rivers, and the borders of Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay. Next, visit the Hito de Las Tres Fronteras, a monument that marks the spot where the three countries meet.
Afternoon
After grabbing lunch in Puerto Iguazu, head to the nearby Buddhist Temple, a peaceful and serene retreat that features beautiful gardens and a towering statue of Buddha. From there, head to the Duty Free Shop, where you can do some tax-free shopping for souvenirs and local goods.

Head back to the Argentine side of the falls to explore the Lower Circuit Trail. This trail takes you on a series of bridges that offer a closer look at the lower portion of the falls and the surrounding rainforest. After finishing the trail, head to the nearby San Ignacio Jesuit Mission, a UNESCO World Heritage site that dates back to the 17th century and offers a glimpse into the region's colonial history.
Afternoon
After the mission, head to the nearby town of Puerto Libertad to visit the Mesopotamia Museum, which showcases the history and culture of the surrounding region. Here, you can see exhibits on the indigenous peoples, the Guarani War, and the region's natural history.
Morning
On your final day, head back to the Brazilian side of the falls to explore the Itaipu Dam, one of the largest hydroelectric dams in the world. Here, you can take a guided tour of the dam and learn about its history and engineering.
Afternoon
After the dam, head to the nearby Paraguayan city of Ciudad del Este to do some shopping at the bustling markets. Here, you can find everything from electronics to clothing to souvenirs.
