Sunrise hike at Pico de Areiro - Pico Ruivo 🌄 If you have a chance to do only one hike in Madeira this is the one. For the best experience we recommend starting 30 minutes before the sunrise. Dress smartly in layers, as the temperatures can be chilly in the morning but become warmer after 10 am.
