What a fantastic evening it was at @sacrebleu.berlin, a bistronomic restaurant & wine bar in Schillerkiez. Every dish we ate, had intense flavours and textures, that one would go wow with every bite! The recommended wines that was paired with the dishes, were 10/10. My highlights from the menu are: • Oeuf Mayonnaise - Organic Egg, potato salad, Pommery mustard, roasted onions & chives. • Pani Puri - Red lentils, carrots, pumpkin, chutney & yogurt • Special of the week - Steamed eggplant, black sesame, salted lemon confit, whipped miso cream. Thanks to the sommelier & host, @fleck_alexandre for the lovely evening and @awesomeberlin for letting me tag along. I’ll definitely be back very soon!
