What a fantastic evening it was at @sacrebleu.berlin, a bistronomic restaurant & wine bar in Schillerkiez. Every dish we ate, had intense flavours and textures, that one would go wow with every bite! The recommended wines that was paired with the dishes, were 10/10. My highlights from the menu are: • Oeuf Mayonnaise - Organic Egg, potato salad, Pommery mustard, roasted onions & chives. • Pani Puri - Red lentils, carrots, pumpkin, chutney & yogurt • Special of the week - Steamed eggplant, black sesame, salted lemon confit, whipped miso cream. Thanks to the sommelier & host, @fleck_alexandre for the lovely evening and @awesomeberlin for letting me tag along. I’ll definitely be back very soon!

I was invited to a cooking & cocktail mixing class, at an event space, recently opened by @bonvivantberlin and I have to admit, I had so much fun! At @studio32.berlin, you can book a vegetarian fine dining cooking class or cocktail making class on their website, where you’ll also find different classes being offered. During our class, we learnt how to mix some gin sours, prepare a beetroot, feta, raspberry, roasted walnut & rocket salad and the art of plating it after. I couldn’t ask for better guidance then from the talented and experience team from Bonvivant Cocktail Bistro. @julik.sch @yololexander & @nikodemus_berger. The highlight for me, after the fun we had cooking together, was to enjoy the dishes and cocktails we prepared, at the private dining room of Bonvivant restaurant which is just directly next door. These classes are great for team events or as gifts for yourself, family and friends. @openhouse.berlin in Prenzlauer Berg recently opened their doors in November and they are doing brunch events on certain Sunday’s of each month. The ultimate brunch, by chef Jonathan Cox where you have everything covered, starting with a welcome drink, mimosa or mescal bloody mary followed by, oysters with cucumber-lime granita to the tastiest breakfast muffin served with hash browns & hollandaise sauce. Make sure to leave some room for dessert, grapefruit curd, merengue & crystallised sourdough. And if you think that’s all, you will be surprised, as the best way to end a delicious meal is with a good affogato with chocolate crumb! I am honoured to be part of #thegrandbloggerdinner event, at the former Royal Danish Embassy, which is now a luxury boutique hotel, @soberlin.das.stue last weekend. I’ve always wanted to see this hotel and I’m glad I was given this opportunity. We indulged in a unique 5 course culinary experience paired with some amazing selection of wines from @villamariawines. Each dish, prepared by head chef Alessio Landi, was presented by the brand partners of the amazing organiser, @mrgoodiebag. My favourites were the Rigatoni pasta filled with ricotta & mushrooms and the main, which is Veal cheek, so soft, it literally melted in your mouth. This event is one of the highlights for me this year.
