Maltezana beach - located in a quiet fishing village , it looks like a huge blue lagoon perfect for a swim and an idyllic beach stay . 15-20 mins by car from Astypalaia town (or bus) 2. Kaminakia beach - the most dramatic beach in the island , accessible via a beautiful scenic road (that is also rough on gravel) having the beach on what looks like a fjord and a lovely taverna . 45 minutes from Astypalaia town, no bus here. 3. Livadi Beach is the coolest beach with plenty of nice tavernas and beach bars that will serve you day and night, plus the stunning view of Astypalaia in a round shaped beach . Just 5 minutes from Astypalaia town 4. Koutsomiti island near Astypalea/ Astypalaia brings it to the next level in Greece! If the boat trip wasn’t good enough already , the last stop at Koutsomiti beach leaves you completely surrendered to the beauty of these islands in Astypalea/ Astypalaia !
