Finish your afternoon with a visit to the Nikko Tamozawa Imperial Villa Memorial Park, a former imperial villa that is now open to the public and showcases traditional Japanese architecture and gardens.

Finish your afternoon with a visit to the Nikko Wood Carving Center, where you can see traditional Japanese wood carving techniques and shop for unique souvenirs.

Spend your morning exploring the Nikko National Park. Take the Akechidaira Ropeway up to the Akechidaira Plateau for panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and forests. Then, visit the Senjogahara Marshland, a vast wetland with hiking trails and stunning views of Mount Nantai.
