End your day with a visit to the Ardhkuwari Cave, which is around halfway between Katra and the Vaishno Devi Temple. The cave is believed to be the place where the goddess Durga meditated for nine months before slaying the demon Mahishasura.

After visiting the Bhairavnath Temple, take a scenic drive to the Patnitop hill station. The journey takes around 2-3 hours and takes you through spectacular mountain scenery. Once you reach Patnitop, you can enjoy a walk through the pine forests or visit the Nag Temple, a temple dedicated to the snake god.

End your day with a relaxing dinner at one of the many restaurants in Patnitop.
