Start your day early by renting a scooty from Manipal and taking a scenic drive to Agumbe. The drive is approximately 3 hours, so make sure to pack some snacks and water for the road. Upon arrival in Agumbe, head to the Agumbe Rainforest Research Station (ARRS) to learn about the rich biodiversity of the region and its conservation efforts. The center also offers guided treks through the rainforest, where you can spot exotic flora and fauna, including the King Cobra.
