Arrival at Kyoto Station at 12pm. No morning activities planned.

Start your Kyoto adventure with a visit to the iconic Fushimi Inari Shrine (Fushimi Inari Taisha). This shrine is famous for its thousands of vermilion torii gates which create a mesmerizing pathway up the mountain. Spend around 2 hours exploring the trails and taking in the spiritual atmosphere. Afterward, head to Nishiki Market for a late lunch or snack. This market is known as 'Kyoto's Kitchen' and offers a variety of local delicacies that you can sample as you stroll through the bustling stalls.

In the evening, make your way to Pontocho Alley, one of Kyoto's most atmospheric dining areas. The narrow alley is lined with traditional wooden buildings housing restaurants and bars offering both local and international cuisine. Enjoy dinner at one of these establishments while soaking in the historic ambiance. After dinner, take a leisurely walk along the nearby Kamogawa River (Kamo River) to end your day on a peaceful note.
