Start your day early and head towards Kerala, a neighboring state of Tamil Nadu. The journey from Coimbatore to Kerala usually takes around 3 to 4 hours by road. As you approach Kerala, you will be greeted by lush green landscapes, coconut trees, and backwaters.

Once you reach Kerala, head to Alleppey, also known as Alappuzha, which is known for its backwaters and houseboats. Take a leisurely stroll along the beach and enjoy the fresh seafood at the beachside shacks. You can also take a boat ride through the famous backwaters of Alleppey and enjoy the scenic views of the coconut trees and paddy fields.

In the evening, head towards Fort Kochi and explore the colonial architecture, old churches, and the famous Chinese fishing nets. You can also watch a Kathakali performance, a traditional dance form of Kerala, and enjoy a sumptuous dinner at one of the many seafood restaurants in the area.
