Start your day by visiting the Brahma Temple, one of the few temples in India dedicated to Lord Brahma. Then, take a walk around the Pushkar Lake, a holy lake which is surrounded by 52 ghats and is considered to be one of the most sacred places in India.
Afternoon
After lunch, head to the Pushkar Bazaar, a kaleidoscope of colors and a shopper's paradise. Here you can find everything from clothes, jewelry, handicrafts, and souvenirs. Take some time to browse the shops and pick up some unique items to take back home.
Morning
On the second day, visit the Savitri Temple, perched on a hilltop in Pushkar. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Savitri, the wife of Lord Brahma. The climb to the temple is steep but worth it for the panoramic views of Pushkar.
Afternoon
After lunch, visit the Pushkar Camel Fair (only during the months of October and November), an annual five-day event that attracts thousands of visitors from all over the world. The fair is a unique and colorful experience with camel races, cultural performances, and a carnival-like atmosphere.
