Afternoon
After visiting the temple, head to the Kodaikanal Lake, which is about 65 km from Palani. Enjoy the scenic beauty of the lake and the surrounding hills. You can also indulge in boating and horse riding here. There are many restaurants around the lake where you can have your lunch and enjoy the view.
Evening
In the evening, visit the Palani Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, which is located about 20 km from the temple. The sanctuary is home to many endangered species like the Indian elephant, tiger, leopard, and sambar. You can take a guided tour of the sanctuary and enjoy the natural beauty of the place.
