Start your first day in Daman by visiting the historic Fort of Daman, a 16th-century Portuguese fort located on the banks of the Daman Ganga River. Take a stroll around the fort, explore the ancient church ruins, and enjoy the beautiful view of the river.
Afternoon
After the fort, head to the Devka Beach, one of the most popular beaches in Daman. Enjoy the sun and sand, and take a dip in the Arabian Sea. You can also try some water sports such as jet skiing and parasailing.
Evening
In the evening, visit the Satya Sagar Udyan, a beautiful garden with a musical fountain and a mini zoo. Enjoy the colorful lights and water show, and have dinner at one of the many restaurants nearby. We recommend the Mirasol Lake Resort, which offers a stunning view of the lake and a variety of Indian and international cuisine.
Morning
Spend your second day exploring the historic town of Moti Daman. Visit the Church of Bom Jesus, a 16th-century church with a beautiful baroque fa ade and a magnificent altar. You can also visit the Dominican Monastery, a 17th-century monastery with a peaceful courtyard and a small museum.
Afternoon
After the church and monastery, head to the Jampore Beach, a secluded beach with clear water and soft sand. Relax on the beach or take a walk along the shoreline. You can also visit the nearby fishing village and try some fresh seafood.
Evening
In the evening, visit the Nani Daman Fort, another Portuguese fort located on the opposite side of the Daman Ganga River. Enjoy the beautiful view of the river and the fort s bright lights. Have dinner at the popular restaurant, Gurukripa, which serves delicious vegetarian thalis and other Indian dishes.
Morning
Spend your last day in Daman exploring the local markets and shops. Visit the Moti Daman Market and the Nani Daman Market, which offer a wide range of goods such as textiles, handicrafts, and souvenirs.
Afternoon
After shopping, head to the Mirasol Water Park, a popular water park with a variety of water slides and rides. Enjoy the thrill of the water slides or relax in the wave pool.
Evening
In the evening, visit the Dominican Heritage Museum, located inside the Dominican Monastery. The museum has a collection of artifacts and objects related to the history of Daman and Diu. Have dinner at the popular restaurant, Pind Balluchi, which serves delicious North Indian cuisine.
