Begin your journey to Kedarnath by taking a helicopter ride from Dehradun to Phata. From there, take a shared cab or hire a private car to reach Gaurikund. The journey from Gaurikund to Kedarnath is a 16 km trek that will take around 6-7 hours. Along the way, you will pass through beautiful scenic trails and see the Mandakini river flowing by.
Afternoon
Once you reach Kedarnath, check into your hotel and rest for a while. In the afternoon, visit the Kedarnath Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas in India. Take a dip in the natural hot water spring and visit the Bhairavnath Temple, a small temple located near the main temple.
Morning
Wake up early and trek to Kedarnath Wildlife Sanctuary. The sanctuary is home to many rare Himalayan species like snow leopard, musk deer, and Himalayan tahr.
Afternoon
After returning from the sanctuary, have a late breakfast and then start your journey to Badrinath via Joshimath. The journey from Kedarnath to Badrinath is approximately 220 km and takes around 8-9 hours.

Start your day by visiting the Badrinath Temple, one of the four Chota Char Dham pilgrimage sites. After offering your prayers, visit the Mana Village, which is the last village before the Indo-China border. Explore the caves, temples, and the beautiful Bhim Pul, a natural bridge over the Saraswati river.
Afternoon
Have lunch at one of the local restaurants in Mana Village and then visit the Vyas Gufa, a cave where Sage Vyas is believed to have written the epic Mahabharata.
Morning
Wake up early and drive to the Valley of Flowers National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The park is home to many rare and endangered species of flowers and has a beautiful landscape.
Afternoon
After returning from the national park, have lunch at one of the local restaurants in Badrinath and then visit the Tapt Kund, a natural hot water spring that is believed to have medicinal properties.
Morning
On your last day, visit the Bheemeshwar Mahadev Temple, a beautiful temple located on the banks of the Alaknanda river. After offering your prayers, start your journey back to Dehradun.
Afternoon
Stop for lunch at one of the local restaurants on the way and then visit the Rishikesh, the Yoga Capital of the World. Visit the Parmarth Niketan Ashram and witness the evening aarti at the Triveni Ghat.
