Take a ferry to the nearby island of Kjerringøy. The island is known for its picturesque white sand beaches, old trading post, and stunning views of the Norwegian Sea.

Visit the Kjerringøy Handelssted - a restored trading post from the 1800s. Take a guided tour to learn about the history of the place and what life was like in the old days.

Take a day trip to Saltstraumen - the world's strongest tidal current. You can either take a bus or rent a car to get there. Watch the whirlpools from the bridge or take a boat tour to get up close and personal with the current.
