Start your day early and visit the Badrinath Temple, one of the most important Hindu pilgrimage sites in India. It is believed that Lord Vishnu meditated at this spot for thousands of years.
Afternoon
After visiting the temple, head to the Tapt Kund, a natural hot water spring where you can take a dip and cleanse yourself of sins. Next, visit the nearby Narad Kund, a freshwater spring known for its medicinal properties.
Morning
Take a morning trek to the Vasundhara Falls, a beautiful waterfall located about 6 km from Badrinath. The trek is a bit challenging but the views are worth it.
Afternoon
After the trek, take a scenic drive to the Valley of Flowers National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its meadows of endemic alpine flowers and diverse wildlife. Spend the afternoon exploring the park.

Start the day by visiting the nearby town of Joshimath, the winter seat of Lord Badri. Visit the Narsimha Temple, the Shankaracharya Math, and the Kalpavriksha tree, believed to be over 1,200 years old.

After visiting Joshimath, head to the Auli Ski Resort, one of the best skiing destinations in India. Take a cable car ride to the top of the mountain for panoramic views of the Himalayas and enjoy a day on the slopes.

Take a scenic drive to the nearby village of Mana, located at the confluence of the Alaknanda and Saraswati rivers. Visit the Bheem Pul, a natural bridge made of rocks, and the Vasuki Tal, a high altitude lake known for its crystal clear waters.

After visiting Mana, head to the Badrinath Wildlife Sanctuary, home to a variety of wildlife including Himalayan black bears, snow leopards, and musk deer. Take a guided tour of the sanctuary and learn about the local flora and fauna.

Take a day trip to the nearby Hemkund Sahib, a Sikh shrine located at an altitude of over 4,000 meters. The shrine is surrounded by seven snow-capped mountains and a glacial lake, and is accessible only by foot.
