Start your day off exploring the historical center of Bari, also known as Bari Vecchia. Stroll through the narrow streets, and alleys, and admire the medieval architecture. Make sure to visit the Basilica di San Nicola, the church that holds the remains of Saint Nicholas, the inspiration for Santa Claus.
Afternoon
Head to the seafront, known as the Lungomare Nazario Sauro, where you can enjoy a leisurely walk along the sea, and stop at one of the many seafood restaurants for lunch. After lunch, visit Castello Svevo, a magnificent castle that dates back to the Norman period.

Spend the morning exploring the nearby town of Alberobello, known for its unique trulli houses. These whitewashed stone huts with conical roofs are a UNESCO World Heritage site and are a must-see attraction in the area.
Afternoon
After lunch at a local restaurant, head to Polignano a Mare, a charming seaside town known for its stunning views of the sea and the cliffs. Take a dip in the sea or relax at one of the many beach clubs in the area.
