Start your day with a hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia's unique and stunning landscape, with its fairy chimneys, valleys and rock formations. After the ride, take a walk through the Pasabag Valley, also known as Monk's Valley, where you can see some of the most interesting fairy chimneys in Cappadocia.
Afternoon
Visit the G reme Open Air Museum, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and explore the ancient monasteries, churches, and chapels carved into the rock, with stunning frescoes dating back to the 10th century. On your way back to your hotel, visit a local pottery workshop where you can see traditional Turkish pottery making and buy souvenirs.

Visit the Derinkuyu Underground City, the deepest underground city in Cappadocia, which was used by Christians to hide from persecution. Then, head to Ihlara Valley, where you can hike along the Melendiz River, visit the rock-carved churches and enjoy the beautiful nature.
Afternoon
Have lunch at the Belisirma Village, where you can taste traditional Turkish food while enjoying the view of the river. Afterwards, visit the Selime Monastery, which is the largest rock-cut monastery in Cappadocia, and offers a great panoramic view of the surrounding area.
Morning
Take a guided horseback riding tour through the valleys of Cappadocia, where you can see the unique landscape and the fairy chimneys up close. After the tour, visit the Uchisar Castle, which is the highest point in Cappadocia, and offers a stunning view of the surrounding area.
Afternoon
Enjoy a Turkish coffee and some local pastries at a traditional Turkish cafe. Then, visit the Kaymakli Underground City, which is another one of the many underground cities in Cappadocia, and marvel at the engineering and architectural skills of the ancient inhabitants.
Morning
Take a hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia's stunning landscape for a second time, if you have the budget for it. If not, go on a ATV tour instead, which will take you through the valleys and hills of Cappadocia and give you a different perspective of the landscape.
Afternoon
Visit the Avanos Pottery Village, which is famous for its handmade pottery and ceramics. Take a pottery making class and make your own unique souvenir to take home with you. Afterwards, visit the Zelve Open Air Museum, which is an abandoned cave village that used to be inhabited by Christians and Muslims.

Visit the Urgup Museum, which is a small but interesting museum that showcases the history and culture of Cappadocia. Then, head to the Ortahisar Castle, which is a natural rock formation that was used as a fortress in ancient times.
