Begin the day by visiting the Chunar Fort which is believed to have been built by the emperor Sher Shah Suri. Take in the magnificent views from the fort walls and explore the various structures and temples within.
Afternoon
Visit the Siddhnath Ki Gufa, a cave temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. This cave is believed to be over 5000 years old and is a significant religious site. Afterwards, head to the Chunar Sandstone Mines where you can watch artisans carving beautiful sculptures out of the famous Chunar sandstone.
Morning
Take a boat ride on the Ganges River to see the beautiful sunrise and catch a glimpse of the Varanasi Ghats. After the boat ride, head to the Kali Khoh temple which is built inside a natural cave. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Kali and is believed to be over 500 years old.
Afternoon
Visit the Kateshwar Temple which is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is believed to be over 1000 years old. The temple has magnificent stone carvings and is a sight to behold. After the temple visit, head to the Chunar Pottery Village where you can witness the traditional pottery-making process and even try your hand at making some pottery.

Visit the Ramnagar Fort which is situated on the opposite bank of the Ganges River. The fort is over 400 years old and has a museum displaying various artifacts and weapons.

Explore the nearby village of Majhauli which is known for its beautiful weaves and textiles. You can visit the homes of the weavers and watch them at work. You can also shop for some beautiful handcrafted textiles.

Take a day trip to the nearby city of Varanasi which is famous for its Ghats, temples, and the river Ganges. Visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple which is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is one of the most famous temples in India.
Afternoon
Take a boat ride on the Ganges River and witness the evening aarti ceremony which takes place every evening at the Dashashwamedh Ghat.
