Today, explore the rich history and culture of Cochin by visiting some of the city's top attractions. Start with a visit to the Mattancherry Palace, also known as the Dutch Palace, which was built by the Portuguese in the 16th century and later renovated by the Dutch. After your visit to the palace, head to the nearby Paradesi Synagogue, one of the oldest active synagogues in the world.
