Start your day with a visit to the Dalai Lama Temple Complex, also known as Tsuglagkhang Complex, which serves as the residence of the Dalai Lama. Then, head to Bhagsu Nag Temple, an ancient temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, located in the picturesque village of Bhagsu Nag.
Afternoon
After visiting the temples, explore the scenic village of McLeod Ganj, which is famous for its Tibetan culture and cuisine. Visit the Tibet Museum to learn about the history and culture of Tibet, and then enjoy a delicious Tibetan lunch at one of the many restaurants in the area.
Morning
Begin your day by trekking to Triund, a beautiful hill station located at an altitude of 2,827 meters. The trek is around 9 km long and takes about 4-5 hours. Once you reach the top, you'll be rewarded with breathtaking views of the Dhauladhar mountain range.
Afternoon
After descending from the Triund trek, grab lunch at Lung Ta Japanese Restaurant, which offers delicious Japanese cuisine. Later, visit the Namgyal Monastery, one of the largest Tibetan monasteries outside of Tibet, and attend a prayer session.

After the monastery visit, head to the Tibetan Children's Village, a non-profit organization that provides education and care to Tibetan children in India. Take a tour of the village and interact with the children to learn about their culture and way of life.

Take a day trip to the Palampur Tea Gardens, which are located about 30 km from Dharamshala. These tea gardens offer stunning views of the Dhauladhar mountain range and are a great place to relax and unwind.
Afternoon
After visiting the tea gardens, stop by the Bir Billing Paragliding site, which is one of the best paragliding sites in India. If you're feeling adventurous, you can sign up for a paragliding session and experience the thrill of flying over the hills.
