Start your day off with a visit to the National Botanic Garden of Wales, where you can explore the largest single-span glasshouse in the world - the Great Glasshouse. Be sure to check out the garden's other attractions, like the Bee Garden and the Butterfly House.

Head over to the nearby Pembrey Country Park, where you can enjoy a picnic lunch and take a stroll along the beach. If you're feeling adventurous, try your hand at some of the park's activities, like horseback riding, mountain biking, or even skiing at the nearby ski slope.

Take a trip to Kidwelly Castle, a well-preserved Norman castle that dates back to the 12th century. Explore the castle's towers and walls, and take in the stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

After your castle visit, head to the nearby Ffos Las Racecourse, where you can watch some of the country's top horse races. If you're not a fan of horse racing, the course also hosts a variety of other events, like music concerts and food festivals.
