Start your day in Gibraltar by taking a cable car up to the top of the famous Rock of Gibraltar. The ride is exhilarating and offers stunning views of the Mediterranean, the Spanish coast, and the North African coastline. Once you reach the top, explore the Upper Rock Nature Reserve, where you can see wild Barbary macaques, the only wild monkeys in Europe.

After coming back down from the Rock, head to the Main Street of Gibraltar for some shopping and lunch. The street is lined with duty-free shops, boutiques, and souvenir stores. Stop by the Gibraltar Crystal factory for some locally made glassware. For lunch, try some traditional fish and chips at one of the many fish and chip shops in the area.

End your day by exploring the historic sites of Gibraltar. Start at the Moorish Castle, which dates back to the 8th century. Then, head to St. Michael's Cave, a natural limestone cave that is used for concerts and other events. Finally, visit the Great Siege Tunnels, a system of tunnels built during the 18th century to defend Gibraltar from invaders.
