Afternoon
Take a stroll through the historic Gibsons Landing area, which has been used as a filming location for many movies and TV shows. Visit the Gibsons Landing Gallery to see the work of local artists, and stop by the Sunshine Coast Museum and Archives to learn about the area's history.
Morning
Take a hike on the Soames Hill Trail, a challenging but rewarding hike with beautiful views of the surrounding islands. Bring a picnic lunch to enjoy at the top.
Afternoon
After the hike, visit the Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. for a tasting of their locally made olive oils and vinegars. Then, head to Persephone Brewing Company for a pint of their craft beer and some live music.

Take a kayak tour with Halfmoon Sea Kayaks to explore the coastline and see marine life such as seals and dolphins. After the tour, head to Molly's Reach, a local landmark that was featured in the TV show "The Beachcombers," for brunch.

Take a ferry to nearby Keats Island for a day trip. The island has several beaches and hiking trails to explore, as well as a historic lighthouse.
