Depart from Bangalore early in the morning, around 5-6am, to reach Hampi by 10-11am. After checking into your hotel, start your day exploring the magnificent Virupaksha Temple, one of the oldest and most important temples in Hampi, dedicated to Lord Shiva.

Take a stroll to the nearby Hampi Bazaar, a vibrant street market where you can find everything from handicrafts to souvenirs, and enjoy a delicious South Indian lunch at Mango Tree or Laughing Buddha Cafe. After lunch, head to the nearby UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Vijayanagara Empire ruins, which includes the impressive Elephant Stables and the Lotus Mahal.

End your day with a picturesque sunset view at the Hemakuta Hill Temple, where you can witness the sun setting over the Hampi landscape. For dinner, head to the rooftop restaurant at the nearby Goan Corner for some delicious seafood and drinks.
