Then, head to the Hawa Beach, also known as the Eve's Beach, which is less crowded than the Lighthouse Beach. Here, you can take a dip in the crystal-clear waters or go for a relaxing Ayurvedic massage at one of the many spas located along the beach.

For lunch, head to the German Bakery, a beachside cafe that serves delicious European and Indian cuisine. After lunch, visit the Halcyon Castle, a beautiful palace built in the 1930s that now serves as a hotel. Take a guided tour of the palace and learn about its fascinating history. Then, head to the nearby Kovalam Art Gallery, which displays artwork by local artists, and pick up a souvenir to take home.

End your day with a visit to the Vizhinjam Fishing Harbor, located a short distance from the Lighthouse Beach. Here, you can watch the fishermen bring in their catch of the day and buy fresh seafood that can be cooked to your liking at one of the nearby restaurants.
