Wake up early and have breakfast at your hotel before embarking on a day of adventure. Your first stop is the Semuc Champey National Park, where you can take a hike through the lush jungle to the natural pools and limestone bridges that make up the park's main attraction. Take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear water and soak up the stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
Afternoon
After a morning of hiking and swimming, head back to Lanquin for a traditional Guatemalan lunch at one of the local restaurants. In the afternoon, visit the K'anba Caves, an extensive network of underground caverns that were once used by the Maya for ceremonies and sacrifices. Explore the eerie tunnels and chambers, and marvel at the stalactites and stalagmites that have formed over thousands of years.
Morning
Start your day with a visit to the nearby village of Lanquin. Take a stroll through the colorful streets and soak up the local culture. Visit the market to see the local artisans selling their wares, and stop by the church to see the traditional Mayan ceremonies.
Afternoon
In the afternoon, head back to Semuc Champey for some more adventure. Take a guided tubing tour down the Cahabon River, passing through rapids and waterfalls and taking in the stunning scenery along the way. End your tour with a refreshing swim in the river.

Today's adventure takes you on a hike to the El Mirador viewpoint. This challenging hike takes about 3 hours round trip, but the views from the top are worth it. From the viewpoint, you can see the entire Semuc Champey valley spread out before you.
Afternoon
After your hike, head back to Lanquin for a delicious lunch. In the afternoon, visit the nearby Lanquin Caves, a series of underground caverns that are home to thousands of bats. Take a guided tour of the caves and marvel at the impressive rock formations.
