Begin your day in Leh, the capital of Ladakh, by visiting the Leh Palace, a nine-storey palace built in the 17th century by King Singge Namgyal. The palace offers panoramic views of the city and the surrounding mountains. Next, visit the Shanti Stupa, a white-domed Buddhist stupa built in the 1990s to promote world peace.
Afternoon
After lunch, head to the Hall of Fame, a museum dedicated to the Indian Army and the history of Ladakh. The museum houses a collection of weapons, documents, and photographs from various wars. Next, visit the Magnetic Hill, a hill where cars appear to roll uphill due to an optical illusion.
Morning
Today, drive to the Nubra Valley, a high altitude desert region located in the northeast of Ladakh. On the way, stop at the Khardung La Pass, one of the highest motorable passes in the world at an altitude of 18,380 feet.
Afternoon
After lunch, visit the Diskit Monastery, the oldest and largest Buddhist monastery in the Nubra Valley, and see the 32-meter statue of Maitreya Buddha. Next, head to Hunder, a village known for its sand dunes and double-humped Bactrian camels. Take a camel ride and enjoy the sunset.

Start the day by driving to Pangong Tso, a high altitude lake situated at an altitude of 14,270 feet. The lake is famous for its changing colors and the fact that it extends into neighboring Tibet.
Afternoon
After lunch, spend the afternoon exploring the scenic beauty of Pangong Tso and take a walk along the lake. You can also do a boat ride or kayaking in the lake.

Today, visit the Hemis Monastery, the largest and wealthiest Buddhist monastery in Ladakh, located 45 km from Leh. The monastery houses a collection of ancient relics, thangkas, and a statue of Guru Rinpoche.

After lunch, visit the Thiksey Monastery, a 12-storey complex that resembles the Potala Palace in Lhasa, Tibet. The monastery houses a 15-meter statue of Maitreya Buddha and a collection of ancient manuscripts and artifacts.

On the last day, visit the Alchi Monastery, a 1000-year-old monastery located on the banks of the Indus River. The monastery is known for its intricate wood carvings, frescoes, and murals.
Afternoon
After lunch, visit the Basgo Monastery, a hilltop monastery that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Next, visit the Zanskar Confluence, where the Zanskar River meets the Indus River.
