Start your day by visiting the iconic Milan Cathedral, also known as the Duomo di Milano. The Cathedral is a true masterpiece of Italian Gothic architecture and it's the largest church in Italy. After admiring the Cathedral, head to Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, the oldest shopping mall in Italy, where you can indulge in some luxury shopping.
Afternoon
After lunch, visit the famous La Scala Theatre, one of the most renowned opera houses in the world. Take a guided tour of the theatre and learn about its history and architecture. Next, head to Brera, a charming neighbourhood filled with art galleries, boutiques and trendy cafes. Make sure to stop by Pinacoteca di Brera, an art museum that houses some of Italy's finest art collections.
Morning
On your second day in Milan, start your day by visiting Sforza Castle, a majestic fortress that houses several museums and art collections. After visiting the Castle, head to the Navigli district, a charming neighbourhood that's famous for its canals and vibrant nightlife.
Afternoon
After lunch, visit the famous San Siro Stadium, home to both AC Milan and Inter Milan football teams. Take a guided tour of the stadium and learn about the history of Italian football.
Evening
End your day with a trip to Lake Como, one of the most beautiful lakes in Italy. Take a scenic train ride from Milan to Como and spend the evening admiring the breathtaking views of the lake.
