Start your day by exploring the natural beauty of Mukut with a visit to the famous Loktak Lake. Take a boat ride on the lake and witness the floating phumdis (vegetation-covered islands) and the unique way of life of the local fishermen.

After the boat ride, head to the Keibul Lamjao National Park, which is located on the southern part of Loktak Lake. This is the only floating national park in the world and is home to the endangered Sangai deer. Take a guided walk through the park and spot various species of birds and animals.

In the evening, visit the Sendra Island, which is located in the middle of Loktak Lake. Enjoy a peaceful sunset while walking along the island and take in the beautiful surroundings. You can also try some local snacks and tea at the small shops on the island.
