Afternoon

The museum is both moving and informative, and it's a must-visit for anyone coming to New York. After the museum, grab a slice of pizza at Joe's Pizza, a classic New York pizzeria that has been around since 1975.
Morning
Start your day in Washington D.C. by visiting the National Mall. This two-mile stretch of green space is home to many of the city's most famous landmarks, including the Washington Monument, the Lincoln Memorial, and the Smithsonian museums. Take a stroll through the Mall and take in the history and beauty of the nation's capital.
Afternoon
After the Mall, head over to the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum to learn about the history of aviation and space exploration. This museum is home to some of the most iconic artifacts in American history, including the Wright Brothers' plane and the Apollo 11 Command Module. After the museum, grab lunch at Ben's Chili Bowl, a D.C. institution that has been serving up chili dogs and half-smokes since 1958.
Evening
End your day by taking a sunset tour of the monuments. Many tour companies offer guided tours of the monuments at night, when they are illuminated and offer a different perspective than during the day. Some of the most iconic monuments to see at night include the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, and the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial.
