Start your day with a visit to the Gothic Cathedral of Santa Maria, known locally as La Seu. This impressive cathedral was built on the site of a former mosque and has stunning stained glass windows and an impressive nave. Take a walk through the narrow streets of the historic Old Town, stopping at the picturesque Pla a de Cort to see the Town Hall and the symbolic olive tree.

Head to the colorful Mercat de Santa Catalina, a bustling market where you can sample traditional Mallorcan cuisine, including ensaimadas (a type of pastry), sobrasada (a cured sausage) and fresh seafood. After lunch, take a stroll along Passeig del Born, a popular shopping street lined with high-end boutiques and designer stores.

As the sun sets, make your way to the waterfront promenade, known as Paseo Maritimo, where you can enjoy stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. Stop at one of the many bars or restaurants along the way for a drink and some delicious tapas.
