Start the day by driving to the nearby city of Cologne, which is just 30 minutes away from Horrem. Head to the Old Town (Altstadt), where you can take a stroll through the colorful streets and admire the historic architecture. Be sure to check out the famous Cologne Cathedral (K lner Dom) - the largest Gothic church in Northern Europe and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

After lunch, head to one of the many playgrounds in Cologne. The Klettenbergpark Playground is a great option for children of all ages, featuring climbing structures, slides, swings, and even a zip line. Another option is the Spielplatz am Raderthal, which has a large sandbox, a trampoline, and plenty of space to run around.

Before heading back to Horrem, stop by one of the many ice cream shops in Cologne for a sweet treat. Eiscaf Bredok is a popular spot, serving up a variety of flavors and toppings.
