Start your day with a visit to the Doddabetta Peak, the highest peak in the Nilgiri Mountains. The view from the top is breathtaking and will give you a great perspective of the surrounding area.

After the peak, head to the Government Botanical Gardens. The gardens are spread over 55 acres and have a variety of plants and flowers. Don't miss the fossil tree that is believed to be over 20 million years old.

End the day with a visit to Ooty Lake. You can enjoy boating or just relax by the lake.
