Start your day off exploring the historic center of P zenas, known for its well-preserved Renaissance architecture and charming streets. Take a stroll down Rue Conti or Rue de la Foire and admire the old buildings, some of which date back to the 16th century. Make a stop at the H tel d'Alfonce, a beautiful mansion that now houses the tourist office, to pick up a map and some information about the town.
Afternoon
After lunch, head over to the Mus e de Vulliod Saint-Germain, a museum dedicated to 17th and 18th century art and furniture. The museum is located in a beautiful 18th century mansion and features works by famous artists such as Boucher, Fragonard, and Van Loo. If you're interested in wine, take a trip to a nearby winery for a tasting and tour.

Spend the morning exploring the nearby town of M ze, located on the shores of the tang de Thau. Start off with a visit to the Mus e de l' tang de Thau, which tells the story of the lagoon and its ecosystem. Afterward, take a stroll along the waterfront and enjoy the views of the lagoon.

After a seafood lunch at one of the many restaurants in M ze, head back to P zenas for some shopping. P zenas is known for its artisanal shops, so be sure to stop by some of the local pottery, jewelry, and leather goods stores.

After a picnic lunch in the park, head back to P zenas for some relaxation. Take a dip in the town's public swimming pool, or book a spa treatment at one of the nearby wellness centers.
