Start the day with a cup of Costa Rican coffee and a stroll along the beach, taking in the beautiful sunrise. Head to Playa Hermosa for a morning of surfing or paddleboarding, where you can rent equipment right on the beach.
Afternoon
After some fun in the sun, take a catamaran tour of the Papagayo Gulf for some snorkeling and dolphin watching. Enjoy a fresh ceviche lunch on board, and then relax on the beach at Playa del Coco for the rest of the afternoon.

Take a guided hike through the Rincon de la Vieja National Park to see the beautiful waterfalls and geothermal activity, including hot springs and bubbling mud pots.
Afternoon
After the hike, relax and enjoy a traditional Costa Rican lunch at Hacienda Guachipelin. Then, go on a horseback riding tour to see more of the beautiful countryside.

Start the day with some adrenaline and head to Diamante Eco Adventure Park. Zip line through the forest, go on a Superman-style zip line over the ocean, and check out the animal sanctuary to see jaguars, monkeys, and sloths.
Afternoon
After the adventure, head to Playa Ocotal for some beach time and a refreshing swim.

Take a day trip to the beautiful Arenal Volcano and La Fortuna Waterfall. Hike to the waterfall and cool off in the refreshing pool at the base. Then, take a relaxing dip in the natural hot springs near the volcano.
Afternoon
After the excursion, head back to Playas del Coco and relax on the beach or go shopping in the town's many souvenir shops.

Take a boat tour of the Palo Verde National Park to see the amazing wildlife, including monkeys, crocodiles, and a wide variety of birds.
