Start your day with a visit to the Vinhedos do Monte Agudo, a beautiful winery located in the heart of the S o Roque region. Take a tour of the vineyard and learn about the winemaking process, then sample some of the delicious wines produced on-site.

After lunch, head to the Ski Mountain Park for some outdoor adventure. The park offers activities such as skiing, snowboarding, and tobogganing, as well as zip lining and tree climbing.

Finish off the day with a visit to the Canguera Brewery, where you can taste some of the best artisanal beers in the region. The brewery also offers a tour of their facilities, where you can learn about the brewing process.
