Start your day with a visit to the Alcazar of Segovia , a medieval fortress that stands on a rocky outcrop overlooking the city. Inside, you'll find a museum that houses a collection of arms, armor, and tapestries. Afterward, head to the Plaza Mayor, Segovia's main square, to see the iconic Casa de los Picos , a 15th-century mansion that features a facade covered in pyramid-shaped stone blocks.

Take a stroll through the Jewish Quarter, one of the best-preserved Jewish neighborhoods in Spain, and visit the synagogue, which dates back to the 14th century. Afterward, head to the Segovia Cathedral, one of the last Gothic cathedrals built in Spain, which boasts stunning stained-glass windows and a beautiful altarpiece.
