Afternoon
Visit the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, which is home to the endangered Snow Leopard, Red Panda, and the Himalayan Wolf. The park also has a breeding center for Red Pandas, and you can see the adorable cubs up close. After the zoo, head towards the Happy Valley Tea Estate, one of the oldest tea estates in Darjeeling. Take a tour of the factory and learn about the tea-making process. You can also taste the different types of tea produced at the estate.
Evening
In the evening, head to the Mahakal Temple, a popular Hindu temple in Darjeeling. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva, and it is situated on a hilltop, providing a panoramic view of the city.
