Take a morning stroll along the Laguna Madre Nature Trail and see some of the local wildlife, including birds, butterflies, and even alligators. For breakfast, head to Cafe Karma for some delicious coffee and breakfast tacos.

Spend the afternoon on the water with a fishing charter. You'll have a chance to catch fish such as red snapper, grouper, and trout. For lunch, head to Pier 19 Restaurant and Bar, and try their famous fish tacos.

In the evening, head to the Turtle Rescue Center and learn about the local sea turtle population. For dinner, try out the local favorite, Gabriella's Italian Grill & Pizzeria, for some delicious Italian food and a relaxed atmosphere.

Start the day off with a visit to the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center. You'll have a chance to see some of the local bird species, as well as learn about the local flora and fauna. For breakfast, head to The Grapevine Cafe & Coffeehouse for some delicious breakfast sandwiches.

Spend the afternoon at Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and enjoy the water rides and attractions. For lunch, grab a burger and fries at the park's food stands.

In the evening, head to Isla Blanca Park for some beach volleyball and a picnic dinner on the beach. Pick up some snacks and drinks at the local convenience store, and enjoy the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico.
