Start your first day in Torrevieja by visiting the Torrevieja Salt Lagoon Natural Park, which is a unique ecosystem of salt lakes that have been harvested since Roman times. Afternoon
After the park, head to the nearby town of Guardamar del Segura, which has a beautiful beach and dunes. Take a dip in the sea, relax on the beach, and enjoy some fresh seafood at Restaurante El Jard n.
Morning
On day two, visit the Torrevieja Museum of Sea and Salt, which is housed in a 19th-century watchtower. Learn about the history of the town, its salt harvesting industry, and its fishing traditions.
Afternoon
After the museum, take a boat ride to the nearby island of Tabarca, which is a protected marine reserve and a beautiful spot for snorkeling. Enjoy a seafood lunch at one of the island's restaurants before heading back to the mainland in the late afternoon.
