Begin your day with a trek to the Vaishno Devi shrine, one of the most revered pilgrimage sites in India. The trek is approximately 12 km long, and it takes around 4-5 hours to reach the shrine. The trek is steep, so it is advisable to start early in the morning and carry plenty of water and snacks. You can also take a pony or a palanquin to make the journey easier.
Afternoon
After arriving at the shrine, seek blessings from the goddess Vaishno Devi. The shrine is located inside a natural cave, and you will have to climb a set of stairs to reach the sanctum sanctorum. After offering your prayers, you can explore the surrounding area, which is filled with beautiful views of the Himalayan range.

Begin your day with a visit to the Bhairavnath Temple, located at a distance of 2.5 km from the Vaishno Devi shrine. The temple is dedicated to Bhairav Nath, who is said to be the protector of the goddess. The temple is located on a hill, and you can either trek or take a pony to reach the temple.

After visiting the temple, head back to the base camp and explore the nearby markets. You can shop for souvenirs, handicrafts, and traditional clothing. You can also try the local cuisine, which includes rajma chawal, khatta meat, and kulcha.
