Next, head to the Vucedol Culture Museum to learn about the prehistoric Vucedol culture that lived in the area over 5000 years ago.

Start day two by exploring the Danube River, which runs through Vukovar. Take a boat tour to see the city from a different perspective, or rent a bike and ride along the Danube bike path. After that, visit the Ovcara Memorial Center, which was the site of a war crime during the Croatian War of Independence.
