Take a stroll through West Ham Park, one of the largest parks in London's East End. The park is home to a variety of wildlife, including squirrels, foxes, and birds, so be sure to bring your camera. Stop by the park's rose garden, pond, and butterfly meadow before heading to the park's cafe for a cup of coffee and a pastry.

After a morning in the park, head to nearby Stratford, home to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Take a tour of the park, which was the site of the 2012 Olympic Games, and visit its many attractions, including the ArcelorMittal Orbit, a 114.5-meter-tall sculpture and observation tower.

Head back to West Ham Park for an evening picnic. The park is open until dusk, so you can enjoy the sunset while dining al fresco.
