After a morning of sightseeing, it's time for a delicious lunch at one of Colmar's traditional Alsatian restaurants. We recommend Les Haras, which is located in a former equestrian center and offers a cozy and authentic atmosphere. Try the famous "choucroute", a dish made from fermented cabbage and various meats.

In the evening, head to the Unterlinden Museum, which is housed in a former 13th-century convent. The museum is home to many impressive works of art, including the famous Isenheim Altarpiece.
