Stop for a picnic lunch at Green Cove Station, a restored 1912 train station, before continuing your ride to Damascus. Take a break in Damascus to explore the town's charming shops and cafes.
Morning
Drive to Whitetop Station, the highest point of the trail, and begin your bike ride downhill to Damascus. Enjoy the views of the Mount Rogers National Recreation Area and the forests of the Jefferson National Forest.
Afternoon
Stop for lunch at the Creeper Trail Cafe and try their famous homemade desserts. After lunch, continue on to Alvarado Station, where you can visit the Creeper Trail Zipline and experience the thrill of ziplining through the trees.
Morning
Take a break from biking and go hiking in the Grayson Highlands State Park. Hike to the summit of Mount Rogers for breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.

After your hike, head to Abingdon and visit the Abingdon Vineyard and Winery for a tasting of their award-winning wines. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and beautiful views of the vineyards.
