Afternoon activities should include visiting the Mercado Benito Juárez for an authentic Mexican market experience. Try some of the delicious street food and browse the local crafts and souvenirs. For a more relaxed afternoon, head to the stunning Carrizalillo Beach for some sunbathing and swimming in the clear blue waters.

Take a trip to the nearby Manialtepec Lagoon for a peaceful morning kayaking excursion. Take in the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and mangroves while paddling through the calm waters.

After your kayaking excursion, head to La Punta Beach for some more surfing or just some relaxing time on the beach. For a unique experience, visit the turtle sanctuary at Escobilla Beach to observe the nesting and hatching of sea turtles.
